Fresh Summer Idea, Use Fruit as a Centerpiece
by Coral Nafie

Next to fresh cut flowers, the aroma of fresh fruit is a perfect complement during summertime to bring the outdoors inside. Follow these simple steps to create your own masterpiece.

1. Look at your room’s or table’s color scheme and decide what fruits will look best. Citrus runs yellow, orange, and green. Apples, grapes, persimmons, and pomegranates are red, purple, and pink.

2. Select a container that will really show off the fruits, such as a clear footed bowl. Carefully arrange fruits in container, saving the best looking pieces for the top.

3. Arrange sprigs of leaves between the fruits at all layers as well as at the top.

Enjoy!
